Willis L. Jones Leadership Center
The Willis L. Jones Leadership Center is a part of the Wisconsin Union. The goal of the JLC is to inspire and prepare students to work in partnership with others to positively transform themselves, their peers and their communities.
UW Makerspace
We are a community of designers and builders at UW-Madison within the College of Engineering (CoE). The Makerspace facilities include 25,000 ft2 of shop and flex space with a wide range of rapid prototyping equipment. Largely student run, the Makerspace strives to empower students by creating a community immersed in emerging technologies, focused on creating innovative products.

UW Writing Center
UW Writing Center helps writers at any stage of the writing process—from choosing a topic to drafting and revising—for any writing project.
Language Houses
The International Learning Community (ILC) supports language study by offering dedicated language programming in Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean, Nordic (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish), Russian, and Spanish. These programs offer regular opportunities to speak the target languages in both social and classroom settings, making them ideal for students planning to study abroad, seeking to maintain their fluency after studying abroad, or for anyone simply looking to improve their language skills.

Pushkin Summer Institute
The Pushkin Summer Institute (PSI) is an intensive pre-college Russian language and culture program for outstanding high school students. PSI has two distinct, but related programs: PSI Madison and PSI Abroad.
